The $100M Realm Adelaide as at November 2019 is Adelaide's tallest building. At 132m and 40 stories, this impressive tower features 310 apartments, 8 levels of carparking as well as cafes and restaurants. The northern penthouse with 605sqm of living space set over 2 levels features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two kitchens and has sold off the plan for $5.2M.
Engineering Surveys worked with Maxcon and subcontractors to provide surveying services throughout the project from locating the original footprint, structural piles and footings through to grid and reference control each level to allow for the complex concrete profile required, cladding and various special features throughout the structure.
